MYSHON was set up in 2017 and is now the UK’s leading and most trusted specialist housing management company. We give Registered Providers, care providers, charities, local authorities and investors a housing management partner they can rely on for the long term.

What we do
Housing, property services and support
Housing management
We manage transitional housing, temporary accommodation, specialist supported housing, supported housing and affordable homes. Each scheme has a team who know the building and the people living there.
Property services
Our teams handle repairs, maintenance, cleaning and safety checks. Tenants report repairs online through Fixflo, so every job is logged, tracked and completed.
Support and standards
Support plans and tenancy records are kept in Pyramid G2. We work to the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act and are preparing for the National Supported Housing Standards.

The people we house have a wide range of needs. Some have complex care and support needs, some are at risk of homelessness, and others simply need a good, affordable home.
Whoever we are housing, we treat them as an individual and agree a plan that works for them.
