Working with councils across the country

We work in partnership with local authorities across the UK, in all areas of social housing. Many councils already work with us through their housing frameworks and partnership arrangements, and we have built relationships with more than 150 local authorities and other partners.

We support councils to house people safely and well, and we are happy to get involved in local initiatives that improve housing in their area.

Housing people who need support

We provide and manage homes for people with support needs, people at risk of homelessness and people ready to move on to more independent living.

Working within your frameworks

We work within council housing frameworks and partnership agreements, and we are preparing for the new supported housing standards and licensing.

Clear reporting

We give councils regular, clear information on the homes we manage and the people we house.
