Repairs and maintenance are managed through Fixflo, our online repairs system. Tenants can report a repair from a phone, tablet or computer, in more than 40 languages, and add photos so we understand the problem first time. Simple troubleshooting tips help them sort out minor issues themselves.
Every job is logged, passed to the right contractor and tracked from start to finish. Contractors accept jobs and update their progress through Fixflo, tenants receive updates, and each action is date and time stamped, giving a full audit trail.
Fixflo also helps us stay on top of planned and statutory work, such as gas safety checks and electrical inspections, with automatic reminders and clear reporting on how quickly jobs are completed.
