If you need a home, we need to understand a bit more about your circumstances. Tell us about the person you are referring and we will see what homes we have available.
How referrals work
Referrals are led by local authority demand
We work directly with local authorities across the UK to place individuals and families into appropriate, considered and safe accommodation. We also work with other UK government departments and specialist charities when placing people in a new home.
If you are a local council, Registered Provider (RP) or another relevant organisation looking to house someone, please complete the referral form for the type of housing they need.
Supported Housing
Working directly with local authorities and specialist charities, while delivering tenant support and signposting services directly.
Transitional Housing
Working in partnership with Registered Providers, our Move-On and Transitional Housing provides accommodation for individuals ready to take the next step towards independent living. We offer tailored coaching to help residents sustain tenancies, develop life skills and move successfully into permanent housing.
