Working in partnership with Registered Providers, our Move-On and Transitional Housing gives people a safe, well-managed home while they get ready to live independently, and a clear route into a permanent home.

Our Transitional Housing homes are listed on our dedicated Transitional Housing website, with photos, weekly charges and an online application form for each property. Residents can apply for themselves, and professionals can make a referral.
Who we house
We welcome referrals for:
- People moving on from hostels or other short-term accommodation
- People at risk of homelessness who are ready to live semi-independently
- Adults who need a short-term home
- People working part time
- People receiving benefits such as Universal Credit, PIP or ESA

Make a referral
How to refer someone
- Complete our online Transitional Housing referral form.
- We check the person’s eligibility.
- We arrange the tenancy sign-up and move-in, usually within 2 to 10 days.
Tenancy management
Joined-up records with Pyramid G2
Our housing teams use Pyramid G2, a housing management system from Omniledger. It keeps each tenancy’s records in one place, so the right information is always to hand. Housing officers update records while out on visits using its mobile working tools, and managers can see live reports on how each tenancy and scheme is going.
