John Dawson – Managing Director
John is a qualified chartered surveyor with expertise in property, service charge and asset management. He has previously worked with property funds, companies and private clients and has over 15 years’ experience working within large corporate surveying firms, before managing investment funds across all asset classes within the commercial and residential property sectors.
David Beanland – Operations Director
David has over 25 years’ experience in Property Management and has previously worked for Allsop and Touchstone. He has extensive knowledge of managing national property portfolios and delivering excellent management solutions. He has set up and developed National Supplier Networks to provide efficient cyclical and reactive maintenance services.
Tony Conway – Commercial Director
Tony is a Qualfied Commercial Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in Measured Term Maintenance Contracts on a National Basis. A strong communicator combined with excellent stakeholder management skills , with a very pragmatic approach. A comprensive knowledge of Military, Commercial, Public and Private sector contracts.
Liz Stenson – Finance Lead
Liz and the finance team are responsible for the financial management and control of Myshon. She is involved in setting up the accounting systems, procedures and controls: along with analysing the monthly reports. Liz overseas the production of site budgets and financial statement forecasting and field commercial audits.
Emma Fitzgerald – Operations Lead
Emma has a strong financial background with over 20 years’ experience and now manages our operations throughout the UK. Emma oversees property compliance and regional management teams and also manages our national stakeholder relationships
Anthony Sutcliffe – Mobilisation Lead
As Bid Director Anthony is responsible for the commercial aspects of tendering, and supporting the mobilisation and operation of FM and Accommodation contracts nationwide. Anthony has significant experience in FM and large scale delivery within the built environment.
